Chemical Solvent Testing
To uncover re-marked or coated components, we employ advanced chemical solvent testing. Techniques such as Acetone testing, Uresolve, and Marking Permanency Tests are used to reveal original part numbers and ensure the integrity of the component's surface, leaving no room for hidden alterations.
External Visual Inspection
Our external visual inspection process is a non-destructive method to detect signs of tampering, wear, or counterfeiting. Skilled technicians identify issues such as remarking, corrosion, pin damage, and improper handling—ensuring only authentic and quality components reach our customers.
Functional Testing
When requested, we carry out functional tests on selected components. These tests verify that the parts operate correctly under simulated conditions. Our in-house tools and technical expertise ensure that functionality meets expectations—giving you additional confidence when required.
